Gratiela Iordache

Mrs. Gratiela Iordache is a system analyst graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics-University of Economic Studies, Bucharest. She, also, holds an MBA degree with Case Western Reserve University-Weatherhead Business School, U.S.A. – CEU.
She has an extensive expertise in finance and international project management with a focus on health sector and she cooperated, for more than 20 years, with international organizations such as OECD, WHO, World Bank, IFC, Parliamentary Assembly of European Council and European Commission, implementing numerous national and international projects.
Presently, she is the Head of Unit for Projects’ Implementation for Romanian National Authority for Quality Management in Healthcare and represents this institution in the OECD’s working formats. She was a member of the Working Group for formulating the eHealth Strategy and she is a member of the Technical Group for digitalization of Romanian Health sector.
